Creamed spinach

Ingredients :
1 bunch of spinach
15ml butter
125ml cream
a pinch of sugar
a pinch of salt
freshly grated nutmeg
a pinch of pepper
15ml lemon juice

Method :
Wash the spinach off well and roughly chop.
Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan and toss in the spinach.
Stir-fry until the spinach begins to wilt.
Add the cream add cook on high heat for a few minutes.
Season with the salt, pepper, nutmeg, sugar and lemon juice.
