Serves 4
Ingredients :
250g spaghetti (or tagliatelle could be used)
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. lemon−pepper seasoning
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
500g uncooked shrimp(prawns), peeled and deveined
Method :
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In the meantime, combine the broth, garlic, onions, lemon−pepper seasoning and 3 tablespoons of parsley in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Drain pasta and place in a serving bowl.
Top with shrimp mixture and parsley.
